Tomatillo Seedlings
Tomatillos are in the nightshade (tomato) family. They can be eaten raw but are most popularly used in Mexican cuisine, famous especially in Salsa Verde. Salsa verde is an easy salsa to make - just roast tomatillos, garlic, and onions. Blend with salt, lime, and cilantro and voila!
