Try growing eggplant in your garden! Not only are they beautiful, but they are a versatile vegetable that pairs so well with peppers and tomatoes.
Plant them after the chance of frost has passed.
1 plant per 4 inch pot.

Diamond - An eggplant well-suited to cold season growing! Creamy flavour with none of the bitterness found in some eggplant varieties.
Open-pollinated.
Orient Express - High-yielding plants produce armloads of attractive, slender, glossy fruits 8–10" long by 1 1/2–2 1/2" diameter. It yields well under cool or hot conditions. Tender, delicately flavoured and cooks quickly.
Annina - A beautiful eggplant with flavour and productivity to match. Smaller fruits than Michal.
