Cabbages like cool weather and can be planted even before the chance of frost has past. If planted in May you can expect a harvest in July. One plant yields one cabbage.

Primero - A compact cabbage that produces small 2-3lb heads. Flavor is slightly sweet and peppery.
Tiara - Our favourite sweet spring cabbage. Produces small 1-3 lb heads that are sweet, juicy and delicate in flavour.
